The Importance of Smile
Smile, please...
A smile costs nothing, but gives much. Some people think that a smile has no meaning and sometimes they ignore it. But even a smile looks so simple, it is so powerful. It can change a lot of things. There are soe reasons why smile is important.
Firstly, smiling makes us attractive. Many people are attracted to people who smiles. Frowns, scowls and grimaces all push people away, but a smile draws them in. When somebodies are smiling, they lighten up the room, change the moods of others, and make the other happier. The smiling persons bring happiness with them, and the happiness attract other people. So, if we want to be surrounded by many people or have many friends, relatives and colleagues, just put a smile on our face and we will feel the effect of this simple action.
Smiling is a natural drug. Studies have shown that smiling releases endorphins, natural pain killers and serotonin. Together these three make us feel good. Smiling also relieves stress, lowers our blood pressure and boosts our immune system. When we smile, immune function improves possibly because we are more relaxed, prevent the flu and colds by smiling. There is also a measurable reduction in our blood pressure. Moreover, smiling also makes us look younger. The muscles we use to smile lift the face, making a person appears younger.
Smile can be a compliment or a gratitude expression. Not only “thanks” or retainer, but a genuine smile also expresses our deepest gratitude too. This genuine smile is really valuable for those people who receive it. They will feel happier because their work are appreciated well.
Base on those reasons, we can conclude that smile is important. So, just smile and we will feel its benefits.
